Our tracking and reporting service is designed for organisations that treat IT disposal as a controlled process, not a skip. Every asset is barcoded, scanned, reconciled and reported against your own asset register, with tamper-evident chain of custody from your loading bay to its final disposition.

Honest reporting, scoped to your collection
Every collection includes a Certificate of Destruction, Waste Transfer Note and a summary report as standard. Items marked optional (per-asset serial scanning, bespoke CMDB reconciliation, quarterly ESG packs, SFTP delivery) are quoted on top so you only pay for what you actually need.
Barcode & serial capture
Available as an add-on. Where booked, every asset is scanned at collection (make, model, serial, asset tag, condition grade) and recorded against your job reference. Standard collections are captured at item-count level.
Tamper-evident custody
Sealed, numbered containers used on data-bearing collections. Any break in the seal is logged and reported back to your nominated contact.
Goods-in reconciliation
On arrival at our facility, data-bearing assets are rescanned and reconciled against the collection manifest. Variances are flagged in the final report.
Certificates of Destruction
Issued for every collection. Per-drive serialised certificates are available as an optional service for clients who require asset-level evidence.
ESG & recycling summary
Weights diverted from landfill, treatment routes and reuse/recycle split, included in your collection report. Quarterly ESG packs available on request.
Audit evidence pack
Optional annual bundle for ICO, ISO and internal audit. Chain-of-custody logs, certificates and waste transfer notes collated on request.

Onboard
We agree the scope with you up front: collection-level reporting as standard, or per-asset scanning and bespoke fields as an add-on. We'll confirm what's included before we book.

Collect
Our own uniformed crews collect in branded Premier IT Disposal vehicles, seal the load and issue an on-site Waste Transfer Note / collection receipt before they leave.

Process & destroy
Data-bearing assets are wiped or shredded at our UK facility under documented procedures, with the operator and method logged per job.
- 04
Report
Your Certificate of Destruction, Waste Transfer Note and collection summary are delivered within 5 working days. Per-asset reports are produced where scanning was booked.
What every collection report contains
No half-pages, no redacted serials, no "see attached spreadsheet". One consolidated PDF + machine-readable CSV per job, signed off by an authorised processor.
